Stacy Anderson

Stacy Anderson’s practice areas include commercial, corporate, and contract law.

Stacy joined Franklin Scott Conway LLP after serving as corporate counsel for a global beauty, skin care and cosmetics company in Dallas, Texas. As part of the company’s Europe Region team, she was responsible for thirteen European subsidiaries’ legal issues, including those related to competition regulations, consumer protection, intellectual property enforcement, data privacy and regulatory compliance. Stacy also provided advice and counsel on U.S.-based contracts and new program development.

Stacy previously worked for the United States Department of the Treasury in Washington, D.C. where she helped develop a new U.S. coin and medal design program and served as the United States Mint’s White House liaison. She received two Mint Director’s Awards for Excellence during her tenure, including a team award with the agency’s deputy chief counsel.

She started her legal career as an assistant district attorney in Bexar County, San Antonio, Texas.
