T.W. (Bill) Baugh III is an experienced executive and leader with a wide variety of professional experiences. He is an expert in corporate renewal and maximizing enterprise value and is well versed in both domestic and international operations.
As an entrepreneur for the past fifteen years, Bill has generated returns in excess of 2,000 percent and has raised hundreds of millions of dollars across multiple companies, both in healthcare, and industrial businesses. He has completed more than thirty acquisitions, helped organize nine startups, and performed more than forty business integrations throughout his career.
After graduating from Washington State University with a degree in finance and accounting, Bill began his professional career as a Consultant for Touche Ross (now Deloitte).
Throughout his career, Bill has amassed a level of expertise that is invaluable to our business clients. He has led a number of initiatives including development of a life science roll-up with a $100 million capital raise, taking private a specialty pharmaceutical business in Canada with a total return exceeding 2,300%, turn-around of an OTC business leading to a $200 million equity return and numerous successful start-ups and exits.
Bill also has an extensive background in complex litigation having managed cases from Superfund litigation to toxic torts to complex civil matters in his roles at Nucor, Fisher Scientific, Pelican Life Sciences, and Theramed Corporation.
Outside of the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his two adult children, Rachael and Ty and his thirteen-year-old twins, Bernadette and Jackson. His hobbies include a passion for all things water, mountain biking, snow skiing, fitness, sports, history, reading, wine, animals, international culture, theatre, and the arts. He also enjoys charitable endeavors primarily focused on mentoring and enhancing opportunities for children and the environment.
